We collect the information you submit, including email address, contact messages, quiz answers, shipping details and order information. Service providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser, device and security events. Shopify processes checkout and payment information; we do not store full payment card details.
How we use information
We use information to fulfil orders, respond to enquiries, save requested routines, manage waitlists, send opted-in communications, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations. We do not publish waitlist email addresses or quiz responses. Submitting a support enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Service providers & retention
We use Shopify for commerce and Lovable Cloud for website information and submitted enquiries. Providers may process information outside your state or country. We retain information only as long as needed for the stated purposes, including tax, security and legal requirements, and then delete or de-identify it.
Your choices & state privacy rights
Where applicable under US state law, including California CCPA/CPRA, you may request access, correction, deletion or a portable copy of personal information, and appeal a denied request. You may opt out of sale or sharing and limit certain sensitive information uses when applicable. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Our checkout and website may use essential storage for a shopping bag, sessions and security. Advertising analytics have not been configured. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. No system is perfectly secure; contact us if you suspect unauthorised access.
