US shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. Free standard shipping applies to orders over $60 before tax. Shipping charges for other orders are shown at checkout. We aim to dispatch within 24 business hours after order acceptance, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Tracking & delivery
We provide tracking when an order is dispatched. Check your shipping address before submitting your order. If an order is delayed, damaged or missing, contact care@veyararoots.com with your order number and photos where relevant. We will help investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy.
60-day empty-jar guarantee
Try your jar for up to 60 days after delivery. If you are not satisfied with the softness, strength and nourishment of your hair and scalp, email care@veyararoots.com with your order number within 60 days. We will refund the product purchase price to the original payment method. You do not need to return an empty jar. Original expedited shipping charges are not refunded unless required by law or the order was defective.
Cancellations & refunds
Contact us promptly to cancel an order; dispatched orders cannot be cancelled. Approved refunds are generally processed within 10 business days. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. This policy does not limit statutory rights.
