Products & cosmetic use

Batana oil is offered for external cosmetic use only. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Patch test before first use. Natural colour, aroma and texture vary. We do not claim to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease or to regrow hair. Statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

Orders, pricing & payment

The currency and final charges displayed in Shopify checkout control your order. Taxes and shipping are shown before payment. An order acknowledgement is not acceptance; we may decline or cancel an order for stock, payment, fraud or pricing errors and refund any payment taken. Intended US pricing must be configured before US launch.

Delivery & guarantee

Delivery estimates are approximate. Refer to our shipping and returns policy for US delivery, cancellation and the 60-day empty-jar guarantee. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Subscriptions

A subscription is offered only if a live Shopify selling plan is available. The displayed plan controls price, delivery interval and billing authorisation. You may pause, skip or cancel future renewals through the plan’s management tools before the next billing date. No subscription is currently promised solely by this page.

Intellectual property & acceptable use

Website content and brand assets are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the site for personal shopping and information, not for unlawful activity, unauthorised access or misleading reproduction of our content.

Liability & disputes

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from site use.
